This page describes our way or working and it contains practical HTML samples.

PROCEDURES

Procedures for your page / product:

Do not create a page from scratch, instead copy a page that already has a structure resembling what you want.
Result will be a page with the same name but in status "Concept".

When copied then:

  1. Change the big heading on top to the name of your page
    This string is not visible on the page but prevents editors from editing the wrong page.
  2. Change the URL slug
    It should be a unique name and contain one or a few keywords.
  3. Edit the page and the content
  4. Check the layout and the content of the page
  5. Fill in the checklist SEO for this product
  6. Select "Publish" to make the page visible to the world
  7. Do the same for (optional) translated versions
    Translated pages should be coupled with each other.
    You can then switch to another language using the LanguageIcon and Flag in the right top corner.

PRODUCT

Do not create a product from scratch, instead copy a page that already has a structure resembling what you want.
Result will be a product with the same name and addition '- copy'.

When copied then:

  1. Change the name of the product
  2. Change the URL slug
    It should be a unique name and contain one or a few keywords.
  3. Edit the product and the content
  4. Check the layout and the content of the page
  5. Select "Publish" to make the product visible to the world
  6. Do the same for (optional) translated versions
    Translated products should be coupled with each other.
    You can then switch to another language using the flag in the left bottom corner.
  7. Add the tag "person-xx-conceptprofile" where xx is the country identifier.
    EN for English, NL for Netherlands, IT for Italian, ...
    The product should now be visible on the page with concept profiles.
  8. Fill in the checklist SEO for this product
  9. Inform the Energizer his/her profile is available and ask for feedback / approval.

When the profile is approved:

  1. Remove the tag "person-xx-conceptprofile"
  2. Check the profile appears on the correct page and in the correct category
  3. Inform the energizer the profile is visible on the website
    Encourage the energizer to do a booking to experience the customer journey and ask his feedback / tips.
  4. Do marketing for this product
    Use social media channels to market the new energizer.
    Refer to marketing support for details.
