Biography
Tineke can switch quickly between listening and speaking. Her heart is in the right place. In a high quality meeting it is important to give everyone attention, not just the loudest voices. You’ll have to learn to pick up signals and act accordingly. Perhaps it helps that Tineke – before she became a fulltime trainer in 2015 – worked in youth services for many years. She is empathetic and cyrstal clear in all of her communication. After her switch to presentation coach and day chairperson, she has kept her finger on the pulse of the times. Tineke is enthusiastic about the new possibilities offered by online meetings. She knows the SME sector inside out; Tineke herself is the association manager of a business club. Her social commitment also shows in her volunteer work with the local soccer club and the choir of which she is a member. She is also a sponsor of the Dutch Rugby League Association.

Experience
In recent years, Tineke has had a variety of clients as a chairperson. Whatever event she attends, her goal is to see people enjoy themselves. She has extensive experience conducting webinars, from her home, as well as in front of the camera in a green screen studio. As a presenter, she hosted live (and hybrid) meetings of Platform Circular Flevoland, including several on the current energy transition.

As a presentation coach, Tineke also provides online training, at a very reasonable rate, as you can see above. You can also work on your presentation style virtually. When Tineke gives a presentation training, she starts from your qualities. Perfecting something you are already pretty good at, to an amazing A+, gives a great boost.
