This break is perfect to shake up the group with a smile.

Laughing together is unifying, energizing and discharging. It is a unique experience to share laughs online. By means of various interactive laughter exercises we will ‘practice’ laughing for no reason, because you also produce the happiness hormone endorphins with a fake smile and reduce stress hormones. The best ingredients to turn into a real smile. Laughter is wonderfully contagious, also online, when you see the other participants laughing on the screen, our mirror neurons react and we arouse our laughing muscles.

This energetic break is possible for 15 or 30 minutes and for groups up to 60 people.
