Practical to use: Online whiteboard

Participants each display at least 1 and up to 3 pictures of something they really want. Beforehand, think of some subjects that the wish should fit. For example: holiday (favorite country), partner, sport, hobby, music, job, animal, garden, room with a view, office chair, bucket list, mode of transportation.

Depending on the meeting:

• have participants give a (brief) explanation of their chosen picture(s).
• have participants respond to pictures with a shout-out or useful tip, or with a picture of their own.

Tips while playing:

• Use the Scrum technique Timebox to keep the session organized and to the point.
• Without a whiteboard, very creative participants can also draw their picture and show it on camera.
• Book a fun Energizer to get to know the person behind the colleague, under the guidance of a professional storyteller!
