Professional certifed coach (ICF-MCC)
Learn to achieve the best results. Control the ego.
Introduction
The 4 universal social gifts are explained and practiced in small groups of up to 6 participants.
These social gifts are universal because they are perceived as valuable all over the world, transcending all cultural and gender borders.
Research proves that when people give these gifts to each other, the Mutual Goodwill ‘score’ is significantly higher and cooperation has a much greater chance of success. This is true for work relationships, as well as relationships in the private sphere.
Some overarching insights are discussed, such as “What plays between people when they are talking to each other”. To improve understanding practical exercises between the participants will take place.
About Ardie
– Professional Certified COACH (ICF-MCC) – Presentation Trainer – NLP Master – Speech and Language Pathologist – Speaking Circle® Facilitator
More than 30 years of experience and training mean that Ardie offers many ‘roads to Rome’. To take such a road means working on change: personal ‘inner’ discovery is often combined with practice in speaking and conversation techniques. Ardie is known for her professional approach in dealing with clients, referrers and customers. She is a conversation partner for all concerned. Ardie quickly instills confidence to be able to learn in an atmosphere of safety.
The essence of the problem is brought out quickly. No nonsense. She works in a result-oriented way, so no ‘hovering’. Provocative when its the right moment. For sure, Ardie can sometimes be firm, but mainly gives you ‘loving guidance with tact’. She is primarily concerned with ‘the inside’ (who are you, what do you feel and think) and relates that to ‘the outside’ (your personal appearance, verbal and non verbal behavior).
She is pragmatic – the starting point is clear: ‘that someone should benefit from it’ – directing you towards the common goal.
