What would you have done?

You get the best information at the coffee machine. Stories from colleagues about projects that are stuck, or tales about a difficult customer. You listen, recognize and give tips. You often hear things that you would otherwise never have heard. And sometimes new ideas arise. These informal conversations are essential for trust, collaboration and innovation.

The purpose of this energizer is to share work situations with each other and to learn from one another. And we immediately turn it into a fun game to make it relaxing yet educational. You take turns drawing a card with a tantalizing question that will definitely bring a story to your head. You may shout “pass” once. Only once…
This brings back memories of work situations that are completely recognizable. After you tell your story, the decisive question comes to your colleagues: what would you have done?

The energizer works best with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants.
Beforehand, we have a short telephone consultation to discuss whether there are certain themes that should or should not be revived.
